How does it work?
You actively contribute to CARIFY's future in a hands-on manner from day 1. Your journey starts with a 6 months deep dive into one of our core areas. After your first core area you switch to another one for the second 6 months, where you face different challenges and acquire new skills.
Core areas: Operations and Business Development
In Operations increasing customer retention by creating the best customer experience is your main responsibility. You find new and innovative ways to maximize customer satisfaction. Ensuring and building a flawless experience for our customers is your top priority!
In Business Development you have a big impact on the growth of our partner base learning how to convince and shine. You develop new strategies to bring in new business from existing and new partners. Growing and ensuring the supply of cars on our platform is your top priority!
