You need a residence in Switzerland, a recognized category B driver's license and a green credit check (a deposit or a different insurance package may be required in certain situations). Additionally for more powerful cars that are above 350 Horsepower, you need to be more than 30 years old.
It is possible to book with a foreign driving license as long as it is recognized by Switzerland. Switzerland recognizes all foreign driving licenses up to one year after you officially moved to Switzerland, after that you need to have gone to the Swiss government and swap your license for a Swiss one.
