Can I change my KM package during the abo?
We understand that sometimes things change and thus offer the option to change the KM package once during your abo duration. The rules are simple and are the following:

During the minimum term, you can only increase your KM package.

After the minimum term, you can increase or decrease your KM package.

Only one KM package change can be done during the subscription.

Once you have given notice of your cancellation, no changes are possible anymore.

Changes are only applied from the coming month onwards and cannot be applied to past or ongoing months.

KM package changes need to be confirmed in written at least one working day before the renewal day of the subscription

The price of other KM packages can change between the moment you book your subscription and later during the subscription. CARIFY will provide you a quote at your request.

The cost of additional KMs may change and will apply to all additional KMs at the end of the subscription. This information will be in your quote.

A small processing fee is charged.
